Nathaniel learned his craft as an revenue manager  for Fortune 500 companies, breaking down the most elusive of market and emerging economic trends so that investors, c-suite executives, small children, and even regulators can confidently make strategic decisions.

Nathaniel is an internationally  recognized financier and expert in  FinTech and financial management.  Nathaniel is ranked among the globe’s top innovative finance professionals for his cutting-edge research and applications in revenue development, economic stimulation, and digital securities.  Nathaniel currently splits his time between Washington, DC and Virginia aggregating economics for executives and elected officials. 

His most valuable educational asset is his experience, which he regularly employs to overcome humanity’s most significant challenge of financial appropriation and organizational change.

Michael is known as an enthusiastic leader who builds strong collaborative relationships. He uses his well developed communication and facilitation skills to move processes along while including  different perspectives. His business skills include executive sales and  performance management, fiscal management, marketing, project management, customer relations, and training. In addition, he gives back  to his community.

Michael has been with Brooks Financial LTD for over 7 years. In this role he is responsible for delivering exceptional service, leadership and providing financial solutions to individuals and small businesses. Prior to joining Brooks Financial, he was with Commerce Bank serving as the Sales and Service Market Manager. In this consumer banking position he provided strategic leadership to 17 branch offices and over 300 employees. He has over 35 years of banking  experience having served in various capacities such as Branch Manager,  Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Training Manager and Human Resources  Division Manager. This unique set of experiences and related development has given rise to Michael’s ability to effectively manage and lead people through change and to achieving business goals. 

Michael earned a  Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and a Graduate Degree in Retail Bank Management from Consumer Bankers Association and University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia as well as other technical and professional certifications.
